When this happens, what is the first thing we need to do, first you need to talk to your mobile network service provider and told them to temporarily disable your connection.      I went to Mohanpur Bazar for shopping on Friday morning around 8 o clock on 20.08.2016 and while returning from there I realized that my Samsung J5 mobile phone is lost. I informed this matter to Reliance(mention your SIM service provider’s name) customer care and told them to disable the SIM connection. Following are the details of my lost Samsung J5 mobile phone.

IMEI Number: 123456789987654 (if you don’t your phone IMEI number then write “not known”)

     So, I request you to lodge a general diary for the afore said incident and give me an attested copy of the General Diary so that I can submit this to my SIM service provider and block my SIM to prevent misuse of my SIM.
